I got a high pressure, threatening sales presentation that if I didn't enroll my week (I had to pay $1,400 because I bought on the secondary market) - I would lose the ability to ever make a reservation even at my home resort because points owners would get first priority for everything. So, the basically held the timeshare I bought hostage as a shakedown for more money. I gave them the $1,400 and I also pay $165 per year plus maintanence fees. So, because I have an every other year unit, I pay maintenance fees of almost $1,000 per week of use plus $330 of the new fees. I could find a week of hotel space for that without ever enrolling in their program so it is just a huge, huge, huge ripoff. Sales reps lied to my face, pressured me like crazy and threatenend me to get my money. This isn't customer service - it's a crime. Oh, and if you want to complain, you can wait over an hour on hold just to talk to a customer service rep who will tell you they can't solve your problem and a supervisor is not available.
